Throughout the years, Bloomfield has developed to a scene of numerous events, from concerts and fashion shows to culinary exhibitions, many of which are designed to raise funds for important social and environmental projects. Bath offers, on the other hand, everything visitors might desire for a pleasant and relaxing holiday, from the historical buildings and treasures of the city, to the thermal baths that can be traced back to the Romans, as well as a huge range of restaurants and entertainment sites for every taste. The Bloomfield House offers exceptionally elegant rooms, fine art, antiques and splendid views over Bath, as well as a free wireless Internet access and a complimentary full English breakfast. Pets are welcome.
Elegant, unique, Georgian family house with romantic four poster bedrooms, half testers and a cosy south facing single. We serve organic and fair traded breakfasts until 11.00am. The hotel has a friendly relaxed atmosphere and is situated in a quiet elevated location with about a 20 minute walk down to the city centre. Please note for those with allergies that we have two dogs. Saturday nights are generally only available as part of a two night booking. If you travel to Bath via public transport then we can offer a discount, please contact us for details. From the M4 Junction 18. When you arrive in Bath, at first follow signs for Warminster or Bristol, NOT city centre, keep following the route around the city, still following Through Routes Bristol signs, through 2 sets of lights, one roundabout, another set of lights (under a railway bridge) then look for signs for the A37 (A367) to Shepton Mallet and Radstock. Take this road (Wells Road) uphill till the road levels out, Bloomfield Road is a right fork ahead of you, just after a monkey puzzle tree! Bloomfield House is the second hotel on the right. Call 01225 420105 if you have any difficulties. We look forward to seeing you.
