Going out of the train station : dip the street Jeanne dArc right to the end, then turn on your right (there is a shop in the corner called Damart), the hotel is 50 meters farther.Coming from the motorway A13, follow the direction :Rouen centre-Rive droite, then pass on the bridge Guillaume le Conquerant to be on the right bank, after the bridge, turn on your left going along the Seine and there will a little slip-road on the left youll have to take it in order to go up on the embankment. The Htel dAngleterre will be on your left (we have a blue electric sign).
