General Description: Beautiful three bedroom villas close to Quesada, just 20 mins drive south of Alicante. All are beautifully furnished with large balconies on the first floor giving wonderful views over the Salt Lakes. Super on site communal swimming pool and five minutes to many shops bars and restaurants. Only ten minutes to Blue Flag sandy beach at Guadamar and ten minutes to Torrevieja for a lively night out. Guardamar is very child friendly with lots of play equipment on or near the beach. Park Sofia Reine is a massive playground within the Guardamar dunes, there are many others too. Guardamar promenade is dotted with cafes as well as the play spaces if the kids tire of sandcastles, shell collecting or sea swimming diving boarding snorkelling. Alicante is a fantastic town worth visiting again and again. The beautiful cathedral is a landmark that leads to the Barrio old town area where passionate flamenco guitarists sometimes busk spontaneously. Follow the sign N332 Alicante. (NOT THE APMOTOWAY) Turn off exit N332 CartegenaSanta PolaStay on this road past Guardamar. Take road on right hand side sign posted Los Montisinos. Continue on this road until you see Hotel La Laguna. Turn right off main road and drive past hotel (Hotel on your right). At the big roundabout take the 2nd to last exit, before you turn back on yourself. At the next roundabout also take the 2nd to last exit.Isamar Park is situated on the right hand side.From Murcia Airport Leave the airport. At the first roundabout go straight ahead. At the second roundabout take the second exit whish is signposted AP7 Alicante. Go through 2 sets of pay tolls. Then take the exit signposted Torrevieja Norte.Take the second exit which is signposted Torrevieja. At the next roundabout take the second exit also signposted Torrevieja. At the next roundabout take the second exit. Here you will see the Lidl supermarket.At the next roundabout take the first exit and follow the road as far as it will go, turn left then left again.
