Breakfasts are generous, serving totally organic and vegetarian produce, such as delicate omlettes with savoury fillings and Marlborough House special breakfast potatoes with organic tomates and mushrooms. All our juices, yoghurts, jams and breads are organic too.And we have a wide variety of organic and herbal teas and coffes. You will be guaranteed a warm welcome by Peter the owner, who was born in Bath, and has the inside knowledge when it comes to helping you wine and dine on the town. From the M4, take Exit 18 (to Bath), which is the A46. This road winds through the beautiful English countryside until it becomes a serious bypass and you must exit again- towards Bath and onto the A4 (London Road). At the big round-about, continue straight toward Bath on the A4. Here you must stay despite all efforts to draw you around to the outskirts. After about a traffic-filled mile, you come to a big traffic lighted intersection, where you must be in the Right lane or they will try to make you turn left. You must stay on the main road you are already on - until you are actually driving in the little city part of Bath- with more narrow roads and the stately Georgian Stone buildings surrounding you. There will be few street signs to guide you, so keep following the highway directional signs (written on the pavement before you) straight through Bath (as if you were heading toward Bristol - A4). This will take you through our small uptown district, around three sides of Queen Square (not marked, but its a small fenced green in a square, surrounded by stone buildings) drive around ALL THREE SIDES of the square and out to the upper Left, which is Charlotte Street. This immediately joins the Upper Bristol Road (the A4 again).Very soon you will past a set of Pedestrian lights with a Smiles newsagent on your left, then you will approach a right hand filter lane (which you need to enter)with a Vauxhall Dealer on your left.Turn Right when safe, and then pull over as we are the are the FIRST House on the right hand side at the bottom of this hill (Marlborough Lane).
