All rooms come with en-suite facilities. We also have 2 four poster bedrooms.There is a popular bar on the ground floor with free bar hire for any occasion. .................................... The hotel is located in the town, therefore external noise is possible on Friday and Saturday evenings. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.The hotel does not have a car park. FROM THE M40 SOUTHBOUND - Leave the M40 at junction 14 (Leamington turn off). Turn left over the motorway, following signs for the A452 Leamington, follow straight road to the roundabout, take the second exit towards Leamington A452. Next you will approach another roundabout, take the second exit to Leamington. You will pass the BMW showrooms on your right. Continue to the next roundabout with Frankie and Bennys on your right. Take the first exit, then taking the right lane go round the roundabout the 3rd exit, continue to the traffic lights (train Station on the left) go through the lights and you come to another set of lights, we are on the left at the lights.( NO ENTRY BATH STREET) Go Past the lights turn first left and left again . for on street parking.
